upload.

Drop it all in

Hundreds of receipts, invoices and statements at once — phone photos, PDFs, scans with ten invoices on them. They're read in the background while you get on with your day.

tick.

Check, don't type

Each document arrives with supplier, date, amounts, VAT, category and side already filled, and bank lines come with suggested matches. You review and tick.

Return-ready

The 9-box VAT return builds itself for each client's period, every figure traceable to the documents behind it — plus dashboards and Excel exports.

Features

the boring bits, handled.

Reads anything you upload

Photos, PDFs and multi-invoice scans in batches of hundreds. Every page split, read and checked: net + VAT = total.

Sorts it like you would

Income or expense, the right category, business or personal — and it remembers each supplier for next time.

Bank statements in

CSV from any UK bank (headers detected for you) or a PDF statement. Duplicates caught before they land.

Payments matched

Scored suggestions link bank lines to invoices — one to one or many to many. You confirm with a tick.

The 9-box VAT return

Standard, cash, flat rate or annual. Periods from each client's stagger, every box drilled down to the documents.

Alerts and an AI tax check

Missing receipts, odd amounts, deadlines and personal spend surfaced before they become a problem.

An assistant that knows the books

Ask about a client in plain English. It only ever sees your firm's data.

Excel when you need it

Documents, transactions and VAT returns export to tidy, formatted workbooks.

Your whole team

Invite colleagues, keep an audit trail of who changed what, sign sessions out remotely.

questions

good to know.

What does Accorix do?

Accorix is bookkeeping software for UK accountants. It reads invoices and receipts (including PDFs with several invoices in one file), sorts them into income, expenses and personal spending, imports bank statements from any UK bank, categorises and matches bank lines, and builds the 9-box VAT return for each client.

Who is Accorix for?

UK accounting practices and bookkeepers who look after many small businesses — sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Each team member gets a role (owner, manager, accountant or bookkeeper) and can be limited to their own clients.

Does Accorix file VAT returns with HMRC?

Not yet. Accorix prepares the VAT return and shows every figure's source documents; submitting through Making Tax Digital is under development. Until then you file with your current software or HMRC online.

Which banks does it work with?

Any UK bank. Upload the CSV export (columns are detected automatically) or the PDF statement; Accorix checks the running balance and statement totals before importing.

Where is client data stored?

On Microsoft Azure in the UK (UK South). Documents sit in private storage, every change is logged, and each firm's data is kept separate — the AI only works on your own firm's records.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
